1. Shipping Methods:

    Estimated Delivery Time: Once an order is placed, the landing page will display an estimated delivery time.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control like weather or carrier issues.


4. Tracking Your Order:

    Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Track your package through the carrier's website.


5. Shipping Restrictions:

    We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


6. Shipping Costs and Policy Information:

    The in-store policy page must show the full shipping details for the products on display in the store.


Return Policy for All American Coffee LLC

1. Returns:

    You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return unopened coffee products.


2. Conditions for Returns:

    Unopened Products: Only unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned.
    Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective for a replacement or refund.
    Exceptions: Opened coffee products, custom orders, or items not in their original condition cannot be returned.


3. How to Return:

    Contact Us: Email us at returns@allamericancoffee.com for return authorization. Do not send items back without approval.
    Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.


4. Refunds:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
    Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we've made an error.


5. Exchanges:

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original and place a new order.


6. Cancellation of Orders:

    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships. Contact us immediately for cancellation.


7. International Returns:

    International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any duties or taxes incurred. Refunds exclude these costs.
